Minors will have access to the garages and pit road when race cars are not moving. Once cars are moving (practice sessions, qualifying sessions and during races) parent/guardian will have to take minors outside the garage or behind pit road in designated ‘safe’ areas. There are plenty of areas in the infield to go while cars are in motion and you will still be able to see all of the action.
Minors must remain with their parent/guardian at all times.

PASSES ALLOW ACCESS TO THE SERIES SPECIFIC GARAGE & RACE THAT YOU CHOOSE TO SPONSOR DURING THAT WEEKEND
A HOT time for the garage area is defined as a period beginning 30 minutes before ANY on-track race-car activity, and ending approximately 10 minutes after that activity. All other times are considered COLD.
A HOT time for the pits is defined as a period beginning 30 minutes before the start of a race, & ending approximately one hour after the race ends. Please note that hot times are subject to change & may vary over the course of the season. Strobe-like lights are prominently positioned throughout the garage area to signify HOT times.
REQUIREMENTS
Sponsors are required to sign a sponsorship contract. Sponsorship payment, signed contract & personal information to obtain All Access Pass must be received 10 days prior to event!
The following information must be submitted to receive an All Access Pass:
1. Name as spelled on driver’s license/passport
2. Valid cell phone number
3. Valid email address

IS “INFIELD JEN” AFFILIATED WITH NASCAR OR THE RACE TRACKS?
Nope! INFIELD JEN is not directly affiliated with NASCAR or the individual tracks. INFIELD JEN is a liaison that has connections with multiple teams in NASCAR. She represents them in an effort to help teams gain sponsorship dollars to compete each week.
HOW CAN I BECOME ONE OF INFIELD JEN’S FAN SPONSORS?
It couldn’t be any easier!! As long as you sign the sponsorship contract, send your sponsorship payment & give INFIELD JEN your information 10 days prior to the event, YOU will become an INFIELD JEN Fan Sponsor! INFIELD JEN will submit your information, send you a weekend schedule & give you map with instructions on where to pick up your VIP Access Pass at the race track.
DOES THE COSTS FOR SPONSORSHIP VARY?
Yes, they can vary. If you would like a sponsorship package that is not listed above, INFIELD JEN will customize a package designed specifically for you that meets your budget & advertising needs. Contact INFIELD JEN directly for more information.
HEY INFIELD JEN, WHAT IS A VIP ACCESS PASS?
A VIP Access Pass provides Sponsors with access to the series specific garage and pit road for the race sponsor has chosen to sponsor. All of INFIELD JEN’s Fan Sponsorship Packages include one or more VIP Access Pass/es to a race of sponsor’s choice.
WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION WILL I HAVE TO SUBMIT?
INFIELD JEN will need to know the first & last names of individuals who will receive a VIP Access Pass from either a valid ID, driver’s license, or passport. A valid email and cell phone number is also required in order to obtain your pass!
WHY DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT MY INFORMATION TO INFIELD JEN?
That’s simple – It is a mandatory requirement! Rest assured, INFIELD JEN will NEVER sell or give your information away. Collected information is ONLY used so sponsors can purchase their sponsorship package and obtain their VIP Access Pass to the race! Make sure ID’s, driver license or passport is presented when picking up your pass.
WHERE DO I GO TO PICK UP MY VIP ACCESS PASS?
VIP Access Passes are distributed at the NASCAR Credential hauler ONLY! The track usually posts directions & signs to point you in the right direction, but you can always ask any track security guard, cop or parking attendant to help you find that trailer. INFIELD JEN will also send you a map that will help you find the NASCAR Credential hauler very easily!
I’M EXCITED!! HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY PASS?
You can pick up your pass whenever the NASCAR Credential hauler is open for business. INFIELD JEN will send you a FULL WEEKEND SCHEDULE so you’ll know exactly when you’ll be able to pick them up.
WHICH CUP CAR WILL I SEE MY NAME ON?
Your name will be placed on a race car that has available space but INFIELD JEN will let you know which car your logo will be placed on before the race weekend.
WHERE WILL I SEE MY NAME ON THE RACE CAR?
Name placements are at the team’s discretion based on size of decal & available space on the car.
CAN I USE MY COMPANY NAME AS INFIELD JEN’S FAN SPONSOR?
ABSOLUTELY!! You can become a sponsor as an individual or as a company! Just make sure it passes all rules & regulations set forth by the sanctioning body.
CAN I USE INFIELD JEN’S FAN SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM AS ADVERTISING, & CAN I USE IT AS A WRITE OFF FOR MY COMPANY?
YEP…You sure can!
WHAT KIND OF GRAPHICS CAN I USE?
You can use any graphic you’d like as long as it complies with the sanctioning body’s rules & regulations! Nothing vulgar & NO sexual content! Keep it cute!
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SANCTIONING BODY DOES NOT APPROVED MY GRAPHIC?
No worries! INFIELD JEN will create a graphic for you that either lists your name or your company’s name!
WHAT KIND OF ACCESS WILL I HAVE WITH A VIP ACCESS PASS WHEN THE GARAGE IS CONSIDERED HOT?
You will have complete access to the series specific garage you sponsor. Entry times will be listed on the schedule which you will receive before you get to the track so you will know exactly when you are allowed into the garage. If the race is a 2 day show, you will be permitted to come to the track both days. The VIP Access Pass will allow you access to pit road for all practice sessions, qualifying session, & the race.
THIS SOUNDS GREAT INFIELD JEN! ARE THERE ANY RULES I’LL HAVE TO FOLLOW?
Of course there are rules! You must be 18 years of age to become one of INFIELD JEN’s Fan Sponsors. Keep in mind the the sanctioning body & track security reserve the right to remove individuals from the garage & facility that cause a disturbance. Do NOT bring any alcoholic beverages into the garages or on pit road! You will be removed if you do.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR & WHAT CAN I BRING IN THE GARAGES & ON PIT ROAD?
The dress code policy is pretty laid back so you can wear shorts, tank tops & flip flops. However, it is strongly not recommended! Be aware that the garages & pit road can be a very dangerous environment with fast moving cars. There’s always a possibility that you could get hit with a piece of hot metal or flying debris fragments. You should wear something comfy yet safe for your surroundings. You are allowed to bring fold up chairs, cameras, scanners, racing memorabilia for autographs & a small cooler with you.
